Vincent-- what is the address of the property? If its a pre-foreclosure listing, it can take several months to a year or more. You can check the county sheriffs site to see if a sheriffs auction is scheduled for the property.

Kate- lots of different places to advertise your home for rent. The most activity is probably on Craigslist, but most sites like zillow offer a way to list your home for rent. If you are a landlord, and planning to continue to rent out your property, then CL is probably the quickest and best. If you are ultimately planning to sell the home, you may want to consider a lease to own strategy. You often can get a high quality renter that takes better care of the home, and that will eventually purchase the home in 18-24 months. Feel free to contact me if you have other questions.
