The site should be updated daily , some of the properties which are presented are not/ nor were they for sale even at the time they were added to the site; some agents put them there as a way to get calls this is known as bait and switch. It is best to have a buyers agent working just for you , so you don't spend needless time looking at 'straw' listings. Let me know should you need help with that. Warm regards,Cristine

there is a really nice property not too far from there if interested I would be most happy to hear from you (did find 18 available in that zip code) of which a handful are more appealing than the one you originally inquired about. Warm regards, Cristine

Perhaps if you think about it from the landlord's perspective ....they like you need to be sure that they can make the payments they owe on the property ....so they are probably willing to look at the 'whole' person's financial profile but do need some peace of mind also.

just please remember when you are ready to buy (if that does become part of your plan) that AZ is a community property state so unless you keep everthing financial separated you may wish to check with a lender before making any major changes to your situation (such as marriage) ....just wanted to encourage you to allow a few months to a year prior to needing a lender, arrange for a free consult so you have a game plan in hand to make the next step a reality.
