The fee would be paid by the landlord, not the renter, so there would be no out-of-pocket charge to you. Unfortunately, I would not be able to personally help you, as I only do rentals in the east valley, but I wish you good luck in your new place!

Every landlord has their own credit standards and can require specific credit scores, or not. They do not follow the same parameters as mortgage lenders. Have you consulted your lender and explored any possible options to avoid a short sale? If you wish to discuss with me, just call or email me.
