Some common settlement charges included but are not limited to doc stamps, doc recording, the broker's fee, estoppel fees and the title fees. Then, on page one of the HUD, you will find the mortgage payoff (if any), any HOA or tax proration, the total settlement charges from page 2 and any other unpaid charges by seller.
