Here you find Terry working in her woodworking shop. She enjoys home-building, cabinetmaking, rennovating fixer-uppers, and other creative craftwork. She takes interest in the community's housing needs, and takes special interest in Habitat for Humanity in Rowan County! Terry exerts the same efforts for Buyers and Sellers! Here's just a little glip of who and what Terry is, a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and a member of the Salisbury/Rowan Association of REALTORS, Inc. California born, but a lifelong resident of Salisbury, North Carolina, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Catawba College in Salisbury. Terry also holds degrees from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in Carpentry and Cabinetmaking and Electrical Installation and Maintenance. In addition to the co-supervision of the construction of Habitat houses Terry has been a dedicated volunteer and advocate for HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF ROWAN COUNTY, INC. having provided service on the Steering Committee, Board of Directors, as well as the Executive Committee. The things in life that bring Terry happiness are: first and foremost, her personal relationship with God, her family, her real-estate work, renovation and remodeling, and of course her 8-pound toy poodle, Penny! Terry has two grown children and resides with her husband, John Francis in beautiful Historic Salisbury. She has built many fine pieces of furniture and remodeled many homes.
