I had the good fortune to work with Chris on two separate occasions, and I know I'll use him for every real estate transaction going forward. He's the kind of guy I'd recommend tirelessly. I don't have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to describe Chris and his approach to real estate. Ironically, I'm the kind of guy who generally thinks real estate agents are more trouble than they're worth. All of that changed when Chris sold my shabby condo, and fetched a premium in a down market, when all of the comps were selling at a discount.

He took the time to go through my condo, and he made real improvements to increase the sales price. Afterwards, I used Chris to buy my new home. It took forever, but that was entirely my fault. My search started with the whole state, and a huge price range, but Chris didn't balk. Instead, he gave me stable guidance. After looking at tens of homes, we found the home of my dreams. And, Chris stuck with me throughout the renovation process.

This guy is amazing. To begin with, he's exceedingly patient. He treats every project with equal attention and care; or, at least it feels like it from the client's perspective. He never imposes his will on his clients; he waits to find out their real goals. Above all, Chris has one of those personalities that's always steady, and never moody. He's always got a smile on his face; I look forward to seeing him, and hearing his sense of humor.
