In answer to: What does my credit score need to be to purchase a foreclosed property If i am willing to pay 10% down
Your best bet is call a lender to find out. Everything is based off your middle credit score from Experian, Trans Union, & Equifax. The loan program really dictates what is necessary as far as credit score and down payment. Good luck

In answer to: Danny Hunt once sold a house for us. He worked for Century 12 at the time. Does he still sell real estate? How can I get him to list my house?
Google his name and the city he worked in. Typically, Realtors advertise so much that they come up easily in a web search. It's speaks highly of him that you are looking for him. Good luck

In answer to: Are there any programs to help me increase my credit score so that I can buy a foreclosure home? I am a first-time home buyer. Tired of renting.
Yes, and you don't have to hire a credit repair company. A good lender will work with you to get your credit score corrected. I know one in Walton & Barrow counties. Let me know if you still need help.

In answer to: I am in the Athens, GA area. I'm looking to buy in neighboring counties. Is it possible to get a USDA with Equifax 551 Experian 612 Transunion 614?
I'm not a lender but I'm a Realtor in Winder, GA. I believe that USDA now requires a minimum of 620. I can put you in touch with a lender who can help you get things in order to buy. Just send me a message. Thanks - Kimberly

In answer to: i want to know how we can get started by looking for houses in covington georgia for first time house oners
Your first step is speak with a Realtor in the area. I'm a member of Walton Barrow Board of Realtors and while I don't work the Covington area, I can definitely get you in touch with someone great! You'll also want to get pre qualified through a lender. In the current market, it's important to be ready when you find that perfect home. Good luck & let me know if you need help.

In answer to: Husband & I are looking to purchase our first home. We went through the preapp with Wells Fargo over the phone, they keep losing our info. What next?
Definitely find a lender who is interested in helping you. If you need a referral or 2 I can happily help you. I used to be a lender and losing a file is unacceptable. Thanks, Kimberly
