J, I would be happy to assist. I can run a CMA for you but need more details. The other agents info is incorrect. They are looking at a property in NE not SE. Can you tell me about any upgrades, remodel etc? It is still 2 bedroom 1 bath like it is on the tax logs? I am assuming it's not by the tax assessed value. Are you thinking of selling? Linda, Yes there are but not too many choices. I would be happy to go over the ones currently listed along with some that are in the early stages and/or still in the planning stage. There are also quite a few properties that are "newer" that may work for you too. Please contact me if I can assist.
