Hi Darlis, This depends on a number of factors.,how the home is marketed,the pricing and condition of the home,location..But the key to any home is the price. Most listings we get in our office are under contract within 90 days, and I think that is pretty typical for a home that is priced right

Hi Jennifer, your best bet would be to find a local Realtor to assist you in the search, They can email you listings and help find your perfect home.. keep in mind you as a buyer never pay realtor fees, the seller pays that. So to not use a Realtor for free services would be foolish! good luck with your search!:)

Hi Lisa According to the USDA website this property is not in an eligible area, You could always double check with your lender, but this information came directly from USDA website.. Sorry.. It should qualify for an FHA loan if you have the 3.5% down
