Sam Grogan

I went through several "high profile" real estate agents in Charlotte before I was lucky enough to find Sam. Sam was referred to me by a close friend who is also in the real estate business. My experience with Sam was drastically different from my pervious interactions with other agents. Sam had an excellent understanding of my expectations with regards to potential neighborhoods, home style and budget. Being new to the Charlotte area we placed a great deal of trust in Sam and his knowledge of various Charlotte communities. Sam consistently showed us great properties in great neighborhoods within our budget. Most importantly, Sam also steered us away from homes that we thought looked good on the surface but had other issues that where less obvious. My wife and I jokingly would set the timer after we would leave Sam a voice mail. The longest we ever waited was two hours and usually much shorter. Bottom line Sam proved his professionalism to us. He was knowledgable, respected our wishes and was incredibly reliable. No question when I buy my next home that Sam will be the only agent I call.
