In answer to: Currently I am deployed and will be a first time home owner, and will be using my va loan. I need info please? Utilizing your VA eligibility is a fantastic way to finance your first home. No down payment is required and there is no monthly mortgage insurance required. Interest rates are at an all time low and there is plenty of inventory to choose from. Sellers are willing to pay the buyers closing costs in most instances so the time to buy is now.
