In answer to: What are the expenses for home association fees? Ultilities, Water bill, Gas bill, etc
All the utilities vary if they are in the how or not. I handle the financing side and find sometimes you can get a single family with no how for a higher loan amount and still end up paying less. If you have financing questions just contact me.

i wouldnt be sure the tax is correct. much of it will be based on the new purchase price. If you contact me I can run the numbers. I handle the mortgage side of the transaction. You should look at possibly purchasing a home. I fyou have less then perfect credit. we do loans down to a 580 credit score with 3.5% down and possible down paymwent assistance programs. It might be an option. If you would like to see if you can just purchase a loan i am sure Joe couldl show you some nice homes. I work on the lending side and see what price range as far as payments would be affordable for you. The loan programs are not ass tough as many have made it seem

Construction loans are a little bit more difficult these days. We do loans for spec homes, with the inventory out there you might be able to find a really good deal on a resale I am sure LaDonna could help you with that.
