In answer to: I understand that 6050 eastover dr is in foreclosure i am interested in setting an appointment to look at it and take over notes with no money down. Hi Melinda, You cannot simply assume a home that is in foreclosure. My advice would be to contact the attorney that is handing the foreclosure and see if they have any means to assist you in acquiring the property.
