About: For most of us, our mortgage is one of the single largest investments we make. Your choice of mortgage programs, and the Loan Officer you choose to help you with that decision, can make a world of difference. With an investment of this size, you want to know that you are in capable hands and that nothing is left to chance. There is just no substitute for professional experience in a transaction of this magnitude! Like any other investment, ensuring that you have the right product requires sound knowledge and routine review. I have the experience necessary to guide you through the loan process, but also must have the wisdom and skill to become your trusted mortgage advisor. I will look after your best interests long after the close of your loan. I will keep you informed of changes in the financial market that might benefit you, and are always available to provide you with a prompt overview of your options. I am adept at guiding my clients through the steps needed to resolve credit problems or other unforeseen issues that might slow down the loan approval. Additionally, I understand the priorities and concerns of the underwriters who are responsible for approving your loan, and can work with them to review and substantiate extenuating circumstances that could affect your loan approval.

Specialities: First time homebuyers, Move-up buyers. I have over 30 years of lending experience and I help explain how the process works in simple language and design a mortgage that meets your specific needs.

In answer to: Left a message on the phone number on sign, but no one has returned my call?
Have you ever thought about purchasing a home. The rent of $1125 would be higher that many mortgage payments available for sale. The minumum down payment is only 3.5% of the purchase price and there are also grant funds, down payment assistance available. If you are interested, please call me. In answer to: how do I contact anyone on this website. If I want to rent a house. how do i do it>
John, Have you thought about purchasing a home? Many times the money that you have saved up for rent and deposits would be what you need to purchase a home. Sahuarita does qualify for USDA financing, which is 100% financing. Many times the seller would pay for your closing costs.

The HOA fee is $220 and this is a 1st floor unit per the photos in MLS. Most home purchases allow for the sale to be an investment property. If you need to be pre-approved for a home purchase, please contact me.
