Once a sleepy agricultural area, Pico Rivera, California, started to become a residential community following World War II. Today, the city located in Los Angeles County is home to some 64,000 people. With an average home price that is significantly lower than the countywide average, Pico Rivera offers homebuyers a large inventory of single-family homes built between the 1940s and today.
