Situated where the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains transition into the Tennessee Valley, Sevierville has long been a nexus between Knoxville in the north and the Appalachian towns in the south. Sevierville, Tennessee is a breathtaking city located in beautiful eastern Tennessee. The property prices in this town tend to be higher, and you may find that houses are more expensive given their idyllic locations and architectural prowess.

The Great Smoky Mountains National Park can be found only ten miles south of Sevierville, which is the county seat of Sevier County, Tennessee. In 2010 the population was found to only be a little less than 15,000 people spread across the city's 20 allocated square miles. The town's eastern portion features the Little Pigeon River which absorbs the West Fork before curving north and pouring into the French Broad River. The city is centered on the land that is between the two junctions of the East and Middle Fork and the West Fork, making the town a beautiful river-view destination for residents and tourists alike. Major state and federal highways intersect in Sevierville, keeping the town well-connected to more busy metropolitan areas. U.S. Route 441 leads to Knoxville as well as Cherokee in North Carolina.
