Not my listing BUT, seems like a good deal. I normally wouldn't recommend this place but at the price I think you could buy this for...........
The most recent sale for an almost identical condo in this building was a foreclosure that closed on Feb. 13, 2009 for $135,000!!!!! Think it was a Valentine's Day present for someone?
Stats: 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, washer and dryer, direct ocean front with master bedroom directly on the ocean front. Expected NET income $17,700. Monthly HOA fee is $679 and does not include insurance. Separate building insurance here is approximately $2,968 annually. Property taxes are based on sales price this year. Estimate that at about $2,025 per year.
This is a foreclosure. No pictures are available but I found pictures of a very similar condo in the same building.
August 2009 update: This condo was a short sale, did not sell short, came back on the market as a foreclosure and sold in days. The asking price when the foreclosure went under contract was $129,900. It hasn't closed yet but I'll update when I see the sold price.
