Public Schools

Moving your family is a challenging time, especially when relocating requires your children to switch schools. Finding and selecting the right public school is a difficult, but important decision. Most public schools are split into three categories: elementary schools, middle schools and high schools. Elementary schools usually cover children from kindergarten through the fifth grade. Middle schools, sometimes called junior high, cover the sixth through eighth grades. Public high schools include the last four years of classes: ninth through twelfth grades.
