how do i go about buying a home without any money down?

looking to buy a home that needs updating and is selling way below current market prices..

I would start by talking to your lender to see if they have any programs that qualify for 0% down. In my area, there are some lenders who still have Rural Housing funds, and if the home you choose is in the qualified Rural Development areas, you may qualify if your debt to equity ratio is in line. So give your lender a call, and when you find out, let me know if I can be of assistance in helping you find a REALTOR in your area or if you would like some lender contacts. Best wishes always!
