Hi, Thank you for your question. This home is under contract but in this market many properties fall out of contract. Depending on the type of loan the buyer has and the negotiations with the sellers lender, pending sales are not always a sure thing like they used to be. The sale is a short sale and I called the agent to see the progress of the sale. Give me a call and I will let you know what she said. Thanks for your interest. I would love to represent you as a buyers agent in your search for a home. Hellen

Hi there. That home is currently tied up with an offer but often times the buyer will not be able to follow through to closing so if you would like, we can put in a back up offer. I have worked the Bothell area for over 16 years and would love to work with you on finding a great deal. Please get a hold of me if your not working with anyone. Mark:-)

By having a buyers broker working with you, you could have your broker research and find you that information. The listing may have gone pending, pending inspection, cancelled, sold,or expired. This is just a small sample of why a buyers broker is a greta value to you. Good luck in your search!

It may have disappeared because it is not available any longer. Do you have the address? If so, send me an email or post another question with the address. Cindy @ CindySmithHomes dot com.
