Your home will be listed on this site when you list your home with an agent in your area.

If your home is listed on local mls, you will be on my website. If not, we can talk about how I can make that happen for you. Most agents, including myself, will be glad to put you on 50 sites if you list your home with them.

Hi there, Give me a call and I will discuss in detail what it will take to get your home sold in this market! Just being put into the mls system or on a website is not the best marketing plan. Premier advertising, which means standing out above the other homes on the market, is key. I would like to share how my marketing plan continues to allow me to be a top producer in the residential market, which is my specialty. Thank you, Patty

Sign a listing agreement, allowing me to represent you in the sale of your home and it will be all over the internet.......

There are two ways to list your house on our website. The first is by listing your house with a Realtor who is a member of the Fayetteville Regional Association of Realtors. Once your home is entered into the MLS, your house will be found through a general search through what is called an IDX link. The second way is to hire Team Harris to market and sell your home. Your home will be entered on our website as a feature home. You will also have the options of being a Coming Soon home and being a part of the Team Harris WISE certified home program!
