This question is kind of vague. I am assuming it means, who should change the price on the different websites. Definitely the agent representing the seller and the agent should get the price change in writing. Agents should know all places that they have listed their homes on websites and social networking sites. Many of the sites have an automatic update if they are feed through the local IDX feed. Many of those feeds are available and some do cost extra money. If seller does not have their home listed with full service agent, then the seller should know where they put the listing and make the changes. Obviously, a full service agent would have the capabilities to post the listings in a larger field of websites.

The price change should happen once this site pulls from the MLS website. Sometimes price changes take a few days to happen. If it does not happen, have your agent contact this site to update the listing.
