How much are you willing to spend? I have a waterfront home that rents for $2500 per month. It has everything you listed except it has a gas fireplace. Let me know if I can help.

I would suggest just renting a place and then looking to purchase. It has been my experience that lease with option to buy does not work for the buyers or the sellers.
