I have excellent credit and a great work history. I have a home in PA and a mortgage. Looking for a good rental opportunity in your area but my budget is closer to 1000. I am a 48 year old professional and will take care of this property. I am military retire and currently work for the US Gov. I need a nice place to stay but am on a budget. Do you have any flexibility in the rent price?

Flexibility in rental prices is getting tougher. Rental properties are HOT right now. I think you should ALWAYS try to get the BEST price, but understand with rentals so popular right now, you might have to settle on getting the rental.
