Hi Adam: USDA-backed loans are available only is certain rural areas specified by the Department of Agriculture. They can be had with no down payment, but you will have to qualify and you will need to bring money for closing costs. I would suggest you get with a lender that can make these kinds of loans and find out a little more about the loans and in what geographic areas near you they are allowed. Then look for a good real estate agent who can help you find the appropriate homes to look at. Best, Ron Rovtar, Boulder, CO

Adam, it would be a good idea to select a real estate agent who does these purchases frequently. Then take it from there
