i saw a 5 bedroom home in near where we live, listed for an outrageous price. it is a foreclosure. our home is under water, can this be a real listing

we lost a third of our income, my wife is going to school, i am looking for part time work, and if i work seven days a week, we can barely make it, and we will own our home if i am able to work seven days a week til i am 82. hmmm.
