If you're a Vet you can get a VA loan with 0 money down. 100% financing. If you're not a Vet you can get in for as little as 3.5% down payment with an FHA loan.

Generally it 3.5% or $4550 for a $130k purchase. If you qualify for low income and the home falls in a rural area approved by USDA or if you are a Vet, you can qualify for 100% financing. Let me know if you'd like to learn more.

If you qualify for a VA loan, it is possible to get by with $0 downpayment. Otherwise, you must pay atleast 3.5% down. That is $4,550. Keep in mine that your credit score also plays a part in determining the dwnpmnt.

Some homes can be financed at 100% but most require 3.5%. If we use this for the 130,000 home you would need $4,550 down. Then you will have some closing costs but you can ask the seller to pay most or all of them.
