In the old days, yes you could, but unfortunately not today! If you're a first time home buyer you will need a minumum of 3.5% of the purchase price. Or if you're a veteran, then you could qualify for a low down payment. If you're serious about buying, I would suggest start saving your money for your downpayment. Good luck.

The only way to purchase with no money out of pocket is if you're a Vet and purchase using VA loan. Otherwise, the best you're going to do is putting out 3.5% out of pocket.
