We are going to be moving in April and I am trying to find a place so we know how much we are going to need to move in. We have two children and we are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom with at last 1700 sq ft or more of space. We do have a lot of things and have downsized as much as we possibly can. Can you give me more information as far as what you will have available around April 23rd or the 30th? We would like to have a place reserved so we can have a place to go to right when we move there. Do you have anything? If so, can you please give me more information about any as well as what is required to move in? Thanks a bunch!

You will save a lot of time and energy by allowing a Realtor to take the reigns. I recommend interviewing a few and then allowing one to represent you. A Realtor will ask you all of the right questions before searching and selecting properties that are available for you. Rentals are a little more difficult to locate and secure so you are very wise to be starting now. I am very familiar with this area and would be happy to assist you further.
