Hi Michelle, There is a couple of ways to do it. The most detailed answer is with a real estate agent (me:) ) Or you could go to the local city web site that may give you an idea. Or Zillow but those web sites can be off in there estimations.

I would be happy to help you with this. As a Realtor I have software that allows me to search sold properties within a 1 ~ 5 miles radius of a subject property. From there I would look to find homes that most resemble the subject property to determine current value. This is a tool we use to determine value when submitting an offer for a buyer as well as when determining a value for Listing a property.
