Look the address up in public records. Get the owners name. Look up the name in white or yellow pages. If you can't find a phone number, you'll have to write a note. Or you could go up to the front door and knock.

about the only way I know how is to knock on their door if they are not listed in the phone book or send them a letter in the mail and give them your contact information. Hope this helps, Duane Johnston Howard Hanna Realestate
