The county inwhich it is located should have public records online... Start there
Look the address up in public records. Get the owners name. Look up the name in white or yellow pages. If you can't find a phone number, you'll have to write a note. Or you could go up to the front door and knock.
Try googling them, anywho com, mail letter, knock on door. Google neighbors also.

about the only way I know how is to knock on their door if they are not listed in the phone book or send them a letter in the mail and give them your contact information.
