HI, Susan, if your home was listed with a Realtor, when you signed the listing agreement, there is a paragraph about the Internet Data Exchange Database. This allows the members of the MLS to share the information, and gives permission to participants to show certain property information. You can opt out of IDX, but your home, if it is for sale, will benefit from the most exposure that you can get. If your home is listed, and you do not want to have it show up on this site, and others like it, contact your realtor and let them know that you would like to opt out of IDX. If it is not listed, then you should address the sites like Homes dot com directly. Hope this helps. TH
I'm sorry that your home was listed on this site by mistake. Just contact customer support at the number listed at the bottom of this page.

Susan-on the property details page of your home you have the option to submit edits if the information listed is incorrect. Click on the "edit details" option at the bottom of the photo. You simply need to confirm you are the current owner and then enter the details that need to be corrected. Hope that helps!
I'm not even sure which house you are referring to, but this website is run by Homes com and they work independently from Realtors in Lawrence, KS. Like Rob said, the Realtors on the right side of your page are just there to answer questions, as a free service, to those who might want to know more information about listings or the process of buying and selling in Lawrence, KS. We have no control over Homes com itself. Your best bet is to contact Homes com directly and inquire about the mis-information you may have seen.
Hi Susan Davis,
The agents off to the right are buyer agents. We see looking for buyers to sell houses to and have not listed your house for sale. Homes com puts info on houses it finds on their website. Apparently they have placed yours on the site by mistake. You can contact Homes com if you prefer or you can tell me your address and I will contact them and try to get it removed for you.
Thanks!
Rob
