melanie, commerical properties are under a special catagory of real estate, and you would need an agent that has access to a website that I am on called 'loopnet'. Whenever you are looking for something special, it is always wiser to consult a buyer's agent so you get the best choices possible.

If you can be more specific, I can plug into the MLS system your request, and it will automatically generate daily emails with any properties now and in the future that meet your criteria. Just need your email address and your specific criteria. Connie Lindsay RE/MAX Select.

By commercial houses; do you mean you are looking for multi family homes, or are you looking for commercial buidlings such as industrial, office space etc? For a truly specialized search like this it is best to contact a real estate agent & have them initiate a search on your behalf; it will be much more specific & can be set up to email you instantly when a new listing that meets your wants comes on the market.
