Any lender doing VA loans can get that for you these days and are happy to do so. Your first step though should be to contact a lender to get your pre-approval. This is very important so that you know what price range you should be looking in. You don't want to look at $200,000 homes and later find out that you'll only qualify for $180,000! I work with a lender frequently who has been in the business for over 18 years. She knows what she's doing and she's very customer service oriented. You will need a Certificate of Eligibility from the VA, you can apply for this on the VA web site or a lender can handle that for you when you pre-qualify for a loan.
