Me and my husband have 2 children and are currently homeless. We have bad credit-no credit any advice?

If you need immediate help with a home, I would speak to a local church and they will guide you to your immediate needs. If you're wanting to know how to improve your credit to buy later, I would recommend speaking with a local lender who would be willing to keep in touch over a course of time. Lending laws change daily and so does the advice on how to be more credit worthy. A reputable lender will help you because 1) they see you as a potential client in the future and (2) you are more willing to recommend a friend or family member to them and there is no better referral than a happy customer. If you're having trouble renting due to credit, I would look more towards individual sellers but make sure that you have an attorney to review the lease and that the rent is paid directly to the lender or to an accountant who is handling the funds.

Rent a home within your income for 2-3 years to rebuild your life so you can get your home.Within that time save every penny you can. A penny saved is a penny earned. It doesnt say that for nothing. When you can finance into a new home do it for 15% with a comfortable enough payment and that will help you pay off a house in half the time so you will not owe anyone anything and not least, you will have your home. Its not easy but steadily you can do it. If I have 4 boys and I can then you can too!
