I'm interested in offers from home owners who are renting their homes to the
buyer for a period of time and then can buy it later. In turn, this would
give the buyer time to rebuild their credit and accumulate savings for a
down payment, all while already living in the house.
Is there a list of owners who are offering rent/sale options? If so, may I
have the list or provide me the necessary guidance and/or procedures to get
me started on the right path to becoming a future home owner.

Hi Maria I do not know of any Realtor site specifcaly for lease purchase/option. Our office has handled many Lease with option to purchase

Hi Maria, There are some listings in our MLS who list they will do a lease purchase. However, the best way to find one is to find a home that suits you and to make an offer. You may visit my website to view properties that are currently listed active on the market.
