Not all MLS offices subscribe to to this site; however, your agent can and depending on the IDX rules for their MLS, they can either have a direct feed sent or enter the listing directly. If they don't subscribe to this site, you want to ask your agent which service they do subscribe to. There are many effective sites available.
If the home is listed with a realtor, it should get posted here. This site pulls in from the MLS systems. If you realtor is not on the MLS, it will not show up here.
