You will need to have your home listed with a Realtor who has access to the mls system or with a service who has access to mls.
When your property is listed in your local Multiple Listing Service the IDX will be shared with a number of websites, this being one of them.
Hello Terry,
I am from Castlewood VA originally but now I am in Virgina Beach. When you say "HOMES" it sound like you have a few properties or your an agent looking to post homes on this website. Click the contact me Icon and let me know what your tring to do and I will guide you in the right way, to move forward. Thanks for the question.
Listing is best handled as a "process" where each step is done in a particular order and completed to as to maximize your results. It is amazing how many agents do not put in the full complement of photos at the beginning of the listing. Another major error is not putting in directions to the property and verifying that the automated "mapping" is done properly....correcting it when it isn't....
The first thing you need to do is contact a knowledgeable Realtor. They will visit you home and explain the listing process to you and let you know their marketing plan. They can do a market analysis and let you know what your home is worth in today's economy. Please feel free to contact me. I would like to work with you.
first you need to make sure you are ready to list. questions to answer first.
Do you rent ? are you locked in to lease?and for how long can you brake lease with out paying a fee. If you do not rent . you Need to find out what you owe out of the property. second it is wise to check to make sure that title is clear before listing .many time there is clouds/liens ect that people have no idea that are there. it can take time to clear these things up. next is to seat down and talk about money . it cost allot to sell a place. and you need to know where you will come out with after all said and done. many things come into play repairs and u&o inspection's always cost seller. A good agent like myself can help with what may cost you during this process. Next is what you are looking for. The old saying grass is not always greener comes to mind. be smart a good agent will help you with what is outthere and what is will cost you to live somewhere down to a couple hundred dollars. depending on your situation many things need to be considered. ask a tons of questions as well your agent should ask twich as many . call me anytime if I can help Jason

First it would be necessary for the Realtor to visit the home(s)to gather information and determine price point. There is a listing agreement and other disclosure forms that will be signed by the seller to start the listing. The Realtor will give you advise on getting the home ready for market.
Contact me and I can do a market analysis for you and help you get it on the market at the right price. I will also help you with suggestions on ideas to stage the home.
