Hello Gina,
It looks like Schools are a very important factor on your home buying process. So, I thought I would share with you a tip: if you have an iPhone look for an app called greatschools. It will give you an idea of how different schools are rated by location, reviews from other parents and more. It also shows private schools as well. I'm very familiar with the Dr. Phillips/Bay Hill/Windermere area if you have more questions, please contact me. If you aren't ready to buy I can also help you to find a rental home.
Best Regards,
Valentina
