how to list my rental

I am a landlord. Is it possible to list my rental on your website?
I can't find no price list, and no links to post my listing.
is it an option on this site?

This is a terrific site for rentals but you need to be a member or post with an agent whose company does property management

While can't post for sale listings, individuals can post rentals here. posting(dot)homes(dot)com

HI, Are you asking about listing it on the Homes site or on brokers personal websites? Each broker is set up differently on how their website works. I would suggest searching as if you are looking for a rental in the area of yours and then contact the brokers or agencies that come up on your search to get your property on their site.

Jessica, This particular site has not option for rentals, however, there are a number of very good rental sites where you can list your property as an individual. In addition, there are a number of agents or property management companies that also work with landlords/rental properties. The advantage in working with a management company is that they can handle finding you a good renter, checking their credit, collecting deposits and rents. Their fees are fairly minimal particularly considering what you get in return. I'd be happy to give you a few contacts you can call that can help get you on your way. Hi, Jessica. The properties listed on our website are properties that are listed for sale with a broker. We do not offer an open portal for landlords or sellers to list their properties as does Craigslist or some other sites. Good luck with your efforts.
