Desire to List immediately. Buyer agent commission / finder fee only.

Flat fee is rarely a good deal. You pay upfront, whether you sell or not, you don't have the web presence that a Realtor will provide, nor do you have the expertise an agent brings to the table. It is a tough market out there, and Realtors do provide a very helpful service, from helping you keep in touch with what the market is doing, and what is selling, where your competition is, etc. to helping you negotiate offers, the service is what helps your property sell. Reconsider and contact a few agents to compare services and fees. You are going to have to pay a Buyers Agent commission anyway, so by the time you take that into account, our low commission costs you only a small amount more, for the benefits of a Realtor working for you!

I am not aware of any flat free services in Carteret Co. Sorry about that. I hope you understand that when you list with a flat fee, they charge you up front and if it does not sell, you will have to list it again.
