Most often times, you are going to need to put at least 3.5% down when purchasing a home. There is no 100% financing anymore unless you are buying a Fannie Mae foreclosure. You can reach me anytime and we can go over in more detail your buying power.

Makes sure you first talk to a bank or mortgage lender to see if you qualify for a mortgage loan. Once you go through that process, contact a local agent that can assist you in your home search. Congratulations on your marriage!
