Hey Mr. McMinn, Contact a Broker/Realtor from Keller Williams Realty. They produce the most transactions in Collin County by a landslide. My team works with a ton of rentals and tenants and I probably have someone looking for what you're offering. Give me a call with the details and we can make this seamless.

You can post your house up for rent on Craigslist at no cost. If you want to hire an agent, you can get help with marketing your home, pulling the credit of your lease applicants, help with background checks, income & asset verification, lease contracts, and collection of the deposits, prorated rents and get lots of wonderful advice that will likely save you a lot of work, time, & money.

Congratulations on your timing, the rental market is red hot right now. If I were you I would contact a experienced rental agent that is familar with Allen properties. You would be best served by an agent who would maximize your exposure and ensure a quick rental. They will assist you in pricing the property and review your alternatives as to the pluses and minuses of permitting pets, etc. They will also help you prepare the property to rent quickly and handle the showing and credit checks to increase the likelihood that you get a quality tenant. I would be happy help if you like, I can be reached at 972-632-7805.

Hi Michael, if you are interested in having it listed with an agent first approach would be to work with a local agent. An agent can provide all of the knowledge, skills and documents necessary to rent your home in a manner acceptable to you.
