Ras, only a "Realtor" has access to up todate listings and like some many web sites online it's not always sites from a licensed Realtor which i am, so when your readys to buy your next home please consider me or a Licensed Realtor. We do this 24-7 and are here to help. Good Luck
Hi Ras: Unfortunately, even the good real estate websites are not always current:they tend to lag several days behind what is going on with a property. Plus, if an agent does not update their listing information in the Multiple Listing System, then these sites will not have current information for you to view. It is frustrating and confusing, I know. But one thing is for sure: it is not necessary for any site to be charging you to see anything, that is not necessary. You need to connect with a good Realtor who will set up a specific search for you with all of your criteria: the agent will then send you the homes that meet your criteria and you won't be wasting valuable time looking at everything out there, some of which may no longer be for sale. That is part of what we do as agents. Keep in mind that the Seller pays the commission, you as the Buyer have no part of that: as a Buyer, there is no charge to you until you purchase a home: then as a Buyer, you will have to pay for an inspection, an appraisal, homeowners insurance, and closing costs. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know. If you are not working with an agent and want to, I am here to help you thru this overwhelming process. Life will be a lot easier for you if you have an agent doing all of this leg work for you. Best Wishes, Ras, Ree Abbott
Hello Ras, those sites are not too great updated. I recommend to talk to an agent and have him/her look for you on the MLS. I will be happy to search for you, if you maybe wanna give me an idea what you are interested in.
You can reach me anytime at 954 663-5018.

Ras, the best I can recommend is to contact a real estate professional in your area. The Realtor service for buyers are free for you with most of the Realtors. They have access to up to date information and which homes are active for sale on the market. We are happy to assist you.
