Hi Beverly, find an investment group
Hi Beverley, There are plenty of investment groups and many specific on real estate. One of my favs to find link minded peeps is "meetup." Good Luck ;-)x Jimmy Alignay
The SU area gets a little complicated for rentals for students this is the area right around the college - renters can be 2 blood related but only 1 non-blood related can live there. So if you have a 4 bedroom house for rent then 2 have to be related and other can not be - now if you go a little further down the road probably not in walking distance you can have a rentals - It would be hard to find an investor to help they already know the rules - hope this can help - let me know if there is more additional help you need thanks Deborah Figgs
