I am looking for investors who would assist me in purchasing a home or homes in Salisbury, MD to offer to Salisbury University students. Any ideas?

The SU area gets a little complicated for rentals for students this is the area right around the college - renters can be 2 blood related but only 1 non-blood related can live there. So if you have a 4 bedroom house for rent then 2 have to be related and other can not be - now if you go a little further down the road probably not in walking distance you can have a rentals - It would be hard to find an investor to help they already know the rules - hope this can help - let me know if there is more additional help you need thanks Deborah Figgs
