The majority of the taxes are listed at 832/annual and the HOA fees are 50/mo usually paid quarterly. Currently, there are no active listings in this neighborhood that are not under contract. However, I am aware of one this is coming up as well as other similar homes in the surround area which are available. Please let me know what you are specifically looking for if you would like further assistance.

I believe that must be an error...that should be a year. The highest yearly tax I could find for listed properties in Beaver Creek for the whole year was $383. Not knowing what property you are inquiring about I checked several in Beaver Creek and they showed monthly from $32 to $45. The subdivision has a pool, security service and an attractive entry to maintain with the fees.

Those are probably not correct taxes - what is the address and I will look it up for you. Also - HOA fees are quarterly - $150, I believe.
