We had a forclosure 3 years ago. It was a VA loan/based off his active duty pay only. Can we now buy with our good credit & no debts?

You should be ready to go. Contact a lender to make sure. If your credit is good and you have no debts... make it happen. Good for you.

The foreclosure has to be 3 years from the date of the transfer back to the bank. You can check court records for that date. Your next step would be to contact a reputable mortgage broker. Good luck.
