Why does 304 6th avenue s.e. say it last sold for $37,000 when the actual purchase price was double that?

It appears that it was recorded as three seperate transactions. One listed at $37,000 and two more listed at $18,500 it may have been an estate. Adding those 3 together would get you closer to the number that I assume you were looking for.
