We recommend that Buyers get their own Realtor. Buyers do not pay for the services we provide, the Seller does. If you do not already have an agent helping you, we would like to offer our assistance. I'm confident we can find you the perfect home. Kevin McLaughlin Berkshire West Realty

Hi, my name is Melody Dorman. If you would like like me to show you a home, I would be more than happy to. Any real estate agent is able to open the home for you. I, however, would love to be your personal Realtor. I am available almost all the time :) Let me know how I can help you. Sincerely, Melody Dorman

If you do not have an agent working with you already and you just want a tour of that particular home, you could contact the listing agent directly. If you have an agent that you are working with then you should ask him or her to show you set up the appointment to show you the home. If you are new in the area and would like to search for homes to purchase and you need professional advice on home purchasing, you might want to find a real estate agent that lives and works in that area. She or he is knowledgeable with the area that you are buying and can provide the research, market comparison and alert you on the home that is suitable or matches the one you are looking for.

With some time spend in a meeting and a short interview, you could probably find someone that you are comfortable working with, that you can trust. It can be good experience and hopefully with a smooth home purchasing transaction.

Any Realtor will be happy to show you homes, but it is in your best interest to choose a local Realtor who knows the city or area of your choice very well. Also, be selective. The Realtor you choose to help you should listen well and be very responsive to your needs and requests. After all, you are the customer.

The place to start is decide who will be your Realtor. This can be done by interviewing several agent; you then decide which one you feel is the most knowledgeable and would represent you and your interest the best. Once this is decided, you will want to get preapproved to determine the price range of home. Then your Realtor can assist you in viewing a select group of homes that meet your criteria. Hopefully this is helpful. Thanks!

If you have not done so already, contact a lender for a loan approval. If you need a lender please contact me, I have several who can provide a loan "Approval", not just a pre-qualification. Jerry Edwards

Nearly any Real Estate agent will be happy to schedule appointments to view properties. However, if you are interested in buying a home, as opposed to just taking the "home tour", may I suggest a Professional Buyer's Agent. Those of us who are professonal buyers agents, work exclusively for buyers, we search, preview, research and negotiate
