However there are 4 other homes in the subdivision that are currently on the market, the average list price of those homes is $187,075.00 which is around $107.00 a Sqft. Three homes are under contract in that neighborhood with an average list price of $158,796.00 once they close we can figure the sales price. We do have 3 homes that have sold in the last 6 months with an average list price of $163,246.00, an average sales price of $157,333.00 and median sales price of $162,000.00. What these figures come down to is an average sales price of 99.13 sqft and median price of 90.25 sqft. Between these two figures is what you can expect to pay for a home in this subdivision depending on condition and upgrades. There looks to be one on Gingko that is active and at a reasonably list price. If this price range or homes do not work for you, I would be happy to find a home that does.
